Chi tratta i dati

Sabino Tupputi, Contrada Cervarolo snc, 72017 Ostuni (BR), che gestisce la Masseria Bel Cortile e che, come Azienda Agricola Bel Cortile di Sabino Tupputi (partita IVA 02780510745), vende l'olio L'Ogliarola. Per qualunque domanda sui tuoi dati scrivi a [email protected].

Quali dati, e perché

  • Richiesta di disponibilità: nome, email, date, numero di ospiti e messaggio. Servono a risponderti e a organizzare il soggiorno (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b del GDPR).
  • Ordine dell'olio: nome, email, telefono, indirizzo di spedizione, quantità e note. Servono a confermare l'ordine e a spedirlo (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b).
  • Recensione: voto, testo, il nome che scegli di mostrare, il mese del soggiorno o dell'ordine e, se lo indichi, con chi hai viaggiato. La pubblichiamo solo con il tuo consenso, dato con la spunta nel modulo (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a). Puoi ritirarlo quando vuoi: la recensione viene tolta dal sito.
  • Protezione dagli invii ripetuti: quando mandi una recensione conserviamo un'impronta cifrata della rete da cui la mandi, al posto dell'indirizzo IP, per fermare chi prova a inviarne molte (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, legittimo interesse). La chiave che la cifra resta sul server.

Darci questi dati è una tua scelta: senza nome ed email però non possiamo risponderti né spedire l'ordine, e senza il consenso non possiamo pubblicare la recensione.

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di statistica.

Chi li vede

Li leggiamo noi, per gestire quello che ci chiedi. Per far funzionare il sito ci appoggiamo a due fornitori, che trattano i dati per nostro conto:

  • Cloudflare, che ospita il sito, conserva le recensioni e consegna le email dei moduli;
  • Google, che fornisce la casella di posta dove arrivano le richieste e i caratteri tipografici caricati dalle pagine.

Questi fornitori possono trattare dati anche fuori dall'Unione Europea, con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework o clausole contrattuali standard). Una recensione pubblicata la può leggere chiunque visiti il sito, con il nome che hai scelto.

Per quanto tempo

  • Richieste e ordini: per il tempo necessario a gestirli, poi solo quanto richiesto dagli obblighi di legge, per esempio quelli fiscali.
  • Recensioni pubblicate: finché restano sul sito. Se ci chiedi di toglierla, la cancelliamo.
  • Recensioni non pubblicate: cancellate 30 giorni dopo la decisione di non pubblicarle, oppure dopo 60 giorni se nessuno le ha ancora approvate.
  • Impronta cifrata della rete: al massimo due giorni, con una pulizia automatica ogni giorno.

I tuoi diritti

In ogni momento puoi chiedere di vedere i tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne l'uso, opporti al trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile e ritirare il consenso dato per la recensione. Basta scrivere a [email protected]. Se pensi che i tuoi dati siano trattati in modo non corretto puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

What data this website collects, why, for how long and what you can ask for, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The Italian version above prevails.

Who processes your data

Sabino Tupputi, Contrada Cervarolo snc, 72017 Ostuni (BR), Italy, who runs Masseria Bel Cortile and, as Azienda Agricola Bel Cortile di Sabino Tupputi (VAT number 02780510745), sells L'Ogliarola olive oil. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What data, and why

  • Availability request: name, email, dates, number of guests and message, to reply and organise your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Olive oil order: name, email, phone, shipping address, quantity and notes, to confirm and ship the order (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Review: rating, text, the name you choose to display, the month of your stay or order and, if you say so, who you travelled with. We publish it only with your consent, given with the tick box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time and the review is removed.
  • Protection against repeated submissions: when you send a review we keep an encrypted fingerprint of the network you send it from, instead of your IP address, to stop mass submissions (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest). The key that encrypts it stays on the server.

Giving us this data is up to you: without your name and email, though, we cannot reply or ship your order, and without your consent we cannot publish your review.

The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics.

Who sees it

We read it ourselves to handle your request. The website relies on two providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, review storage, delivery of form emails) and Google (the mailbox receiving requests, and the web fonts loaded by the pages). They may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). A published review can be read by anyone visiting the website, with the name you chose.

How long

  • Requests and orders: as long as needed to handle them, then only as required by law, for example tax rules.
  • Published reviews: as long as they stay on the website; if you ask us to remove yours, we delete it.
  • Unpublished reviews: deleted 30 days after the decision not to publish them, or after 60 days if nobody has approved them yet.
  • Encrypted network fingerprint: two days at most, with an automatic daily clean-up.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a readable format and withdraw your consent for the review, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
